“We share with the aim to make the practice possible for everyone and sustainable over time, through the awareness of the subtle aspects of the practice, and focussing the attention on its therapeutic approach. We maintain a frequent research and study on how the body-mind works, and constant reminding that the practice is a tool for the realization of the Truth. Practice and philosophy together. SAMA”.
